A user-friendly, private platform for women’s mental well-being
Creating inclusive therapy MVP for Spanish women
Objective: Design a platform that feels accessible and welcoming for women who may have limited time, financial resources, or hesitation about therapy. In designing Psicoline, the priority was to make therapy accessible to all women, regardless of their time constraints or financial limitations. The onboarding process needed to feel welcoming, so I focused on simplicity and clarity. By using plain language and minimizing the information required to sign up, I’ve made it easy for users to explore the app without feeling pressured to share too much about themselves.
Problem & Opportunity
Psicoline addresses the need for a familiar and professional space where women experiencing difficult times can feel comfortable discussing their problems, regardless of their location or available communication means. The platform ensures that users do not have to compromise on their work or childcare responsibilities to receive treatment. This is achieved by providing flexible scheduling options, various communication methods (such as chat, video calls, and phone calls), and an easy-to-navigate interface.
