Nok Nok is a London-based fashion brand, established in 2011, known for its commitment to individuality, quality, and longevity. Drawing inspiration from street, punk, and rock culture, the brand prioritizes sourcing premium materials and collaborates with expert manufacturers in Italy and Spain to craft its products with exceptional care and precision.
Problem & Opportunity
Despite high traffic from social media, the existing ecommerce was not effectively converting visitors into customers. The outdated and cluttered design coupled with inconsistent branding elements, results in complicated and non-intuitive navigation, making it difficult for users to find products. This inconsistent and error-ridden design further increases user frustration, making it harder for them to complete purchases smoothly. In rebranding and redesigning the ecommerce platform, the primary aim was to create a more engaging and user-friendly shopping experience that aligns with the brand's sophisticated identity. The challenges included refreshing the visual aesthetics to better resonate with the target audience, simplifying navigation, and making the purchasing process more intuitive. By aligning the digital presence with the brand's values and enhancing the overall user experience, the redesign aimed to boost conversions and establish a stronger connection with the audience.
